Stock transfer to mumbai

From where to move stock to Mumbai & Pune?. Say for example for stock moving from Bangalore to Mumbai, E Sugam under Karnataka VAT is required. Octroi is applicable for mumbai, Pune and Nagpur Corporations. Its depend on product.

Stock is to be transfer from delhi
and the products are books, Electronics & accessories of mobiles & computers.

From Stock movement to Delhi to Mumbai , you should accompany delviery Note in Form 33 as per Rule 43 fo Delhi Value Added Tax Rules, along with your stock transfer Note. Mumbai Octroi Rate is 5.5% and Pune it is 2.50%.

Weather Octroi rate is depend upon item like ( on auto parts what % octroi and on vehicle what % Octroi)

and what is the standard format for stock transfer note.
