we have two units one in waluj and second in Pune.
customer released Po on waluj plant but materials manufacturing in Pune plant.
I let to know can we raised invoices from waluj plant and send materials directly from Pune plant.
anyone please guide us the process

There is no issue in GST provisions regarding this query, since both plants are located in the state of Maharashtra.
so we raised invoices from waluj and send it to Pune plant and Pune plant will despatch materials along with these invoices

Not an issue. Stock transfer within the same state is not chargeable to GST

first your 2 units have same registration under GST or not, if so. then you have to issue Challan (Stock Transfer) w/o GST to other unit.
otherwise, you have to raise a general Tax Invoice with CGST/SGST to other unit.
we have same registration for both units
Then you may use Challan for these transactions ;
you have to maintain separate sequence for Tax invoice, Challan in GST regime.
