had you file any statutory report of any public ltd. co.

i need resolution copy as sample and form to file it.

further is there is any diff. in sec. of companies act, 1956 & co. act 2013 for this

in which details like preliminary exp. will be uploaded

The concept of statutory meeting and statutory report [Sec.165 of CA 1965] has been omitted in CA 2013. Hence no need to file any report.

is that same applicable if company was form on or after 1.4.14
