I have filed the Service Tax Return online. Now, my query is that am I required to submit it manually to Service Tax Department and get it stamped by them?

no..... e-file is enough........ no need to file manual return now...
in case you have paid taxes offline then u may iot toi send a copy of return with xerox copies of challan so paid to service tax department for their refence, ( under stamped aknowledgement) this is purely optional, as the department often harash the taxpayers for submitting the challan separetely, in case the payment is made electronically then u have no need to send such.
