Hi,
I want to execute a supplementary agreement of LLP for admission and retirement of a Partner. There shall be no change in the total contribution , the same being 6 lacs.
Please let me know the stamp duty applicable on the aforesaid instrument which shall be executed in Delhi.

As Delhi Stamp act is silent about stamp duty on LLP. So the agreement can be executed on Rs. 100.
