Can we claim Spouse Tution Fees under section 80C?

Yes ! you can claim.. for You, Your Spouse, Your Children and or of any dependent person..

NO... TUITION FEES DEDUCTION ONLY CHILDREN (2 ONLY)

as per section 80C(xvii) and subsection 4 of section 80C deduction can be claimed in respect of only 2 childern
