For your information, you can click on 'thank user' (given below the name of replier) to say thanks to the person replying your query.

Hi Akshata and Vineet,

If you click on your name (on upper right corner), you will be directed to the page as per attached screen shot.

Here you could see the 'edit picture', 'find friends', 'edit profile', 'my PM' etc. options.

There is another screen shot  which shows option of 'thank user'

Hope this will help resolving problems of both of you.
