Sl no. 05 in inc-21 form

Dear friends,

The SL No. 05 of form INC-21 is asking to enter particulars of payment of stamp duty. I did not pay any stamp duty for INC-21.

From where can i get the amount of stamp duty to be paid for this form ?

Also, there is no option in form INC-21 to pay stamp duty online. If to be paid manually, what to write on the stamp paper ?

Please share your knowledge regarding this.

Hi,

There is option to pay online, but if can,t find that option than you can affix 20 Rs. Stamp Paper

Mode of payment of stamp duty depends on state to state. In Kerala, there is no option of e-payment of stamp duty for Form INC-21. Hence you have to purchase a Rs.20/- stamp paper or minimum amount available w.e.is higher, print the matter " this stamp paper is used to attach with Form INC -21" and cancel the balance portion of the stamp paper and attach with e-form INC-21.

Hi you can attach 20 rs. stamp paper

25 rupees stamp paper is required instead of 20.

Amount of 20Rs. of stamp Paper is acceptable in Karnataka, it might differ in another states.

Dear Colleagues,

I had submitted the form without payment of stamp duty. Later ROC informed that I need to affix stamp duty of Rs. 100 (All I did was print the INC-21, frank it for Rs. 100 and attach the same and resubmit the form)

The best solution is to check with ROC of respective region for guidance.
