Every candidate registered for the Executive Programme w.e.f. 01.09.2009 are required to undergo seven days Student Induction Programme (SIP) within 6 months of registration.

i also havent done my SIP,and giving exams of module 2,hope they will let me sit in exams....

on what basis do you have claimed exemption.i have also to give both modules but not yet completed sip. will they allow to sit in exams?

Yes you can appear for CS executive exam without completing sip and complete it after exams. There is no doubt about that. However completion of ICSI training formalities are necessary before applying for membership of ICSI…

I am sorryfor rejection of your request. But it was fine on the Institute's part as Articleship haven't fulfill the criteria for exemption.

All the best for future.

but sir i recieved a mail from icsi which states that "Students who have not completed sip as per prscribed guidelines will not be allowed to appear for cs executive programme"--- does tht mean i cannot appear for exams..?

Hi my friend has appeared CS executive exam before completion of Computer training ,SIP and postal test paper/oral classes.

Why the institute is so liberal....

Thanks Mr. Ankur for this notification that day, i have claimed SIP exemption on the basis of my Qualification by mailing all the documents required for exemption..... Finally Rs1000 aur kafi time bach gaya warna 7 days ki salary ka loss ho jata.....:-))))

I have applied for Exemption from SIP through E-mail then in reply i get a e-mail that I have been granted Exemption from SIP but no certificate will be issue in this regard. Then what will be proof for me that i have got Exemption from SIP?
