well that was a healthy discussion but towards the end it was a bit discouraging for me when u said "its better to join at foundation level".

well i believe its just for people who have already lost enough time and cant afford  to loose another year. may be i made my decision late. but better late than never.

IF SERVICE TAX IS PAID ON CERTAIN SERVICE( PROFESSIONAL SERVICE OF INTERNAL AUDIT) THAN TDS DEDUCTED ON WHILE MAKING PAYMENT WILL BE DUCTED ON WHOLE AMOUNT OR ON ONLY THAT AMOUNT WHICH IS TAX BEFORE AMOUNT.

Yes Nikhil. It is always better late than never. Go for it. You will have one of the best qualification in India. Clubbed with LLB it can easily pull up a person at the helm of corporate affairs at a short span of time.
