Behind all creation is silence. Silence is the essential condition, the vital ingredient for all creation and all that is created. It is a power in its own right. The artist starts with a blank canvas - silence. The composer places it between and behind the notes. The very ground of your being, out of which comes all your thoughts, is silence. The way to silence is through meditation. When you arrive in your own silence you will know true freedom and real power. Stop, take a minute, and listen to the silence within you today. Then be aware of what disturbs your inner silence. It could be negative thoughts, memories, sensations. And when you are aware, you will know what is draining your creative power, and you will know what needs to change...on the inside!

Second to Speak, when it is proper time to be silent.......
It is a great misfortune for one who neither has enough wit to talk well nor enough judgment to be silent…
Isn’t it why someone has so rightly said, Speak only when you feel your words are better than your silence…
The power of silence can bring peace to any situation. The instruments for the power of silence are pure thoughts and pure feelings. We can give others an experience with the power of our silence. When we understand and experience the power of silence we will become more powerful. We will then be able to experience peace that will naturally spread to others too. When we have to correct someone in any situation we first need to remind ourselves that words will not work but silence based on pure feelings and love will surely work. When we accept the person as he is with love we will be able to bring about a change in him. The lesser we talk the more the peace that is created....
