Signing of the forms

It is because that shold be certify by an independant person. we can not say that ,the CS is in whole time employment,  is independant. so......

Its Valid because of CS is an employee of the company just Directors but Signature of PCS is neccessary in their coloum.

so in first coloum their is option for Director/MD/CS, etc but in Second it must be of PCS/PCA/PCWA.

If the CS in whole time employee is authorised by Board Meeting to sign the difital form for ROC then, they can sign such forms and CS in practice is also sign the same form.

In short, the forms being filed with ROC can be signed by both Company Secretary inwhole time employment and Company Secretary in whole time Practice.
