What does the CA Ethics precisely say about signing of Aduit Reports in ehich personal intrset is there. What exactly covers personal interest. Which all relations ?

I wanted to know about signing of individual / partnership audit report. As per ethics one cannot sign the audit report of his family member as personal interst in there...who all are covered in family members ?
