hi experts,
i have filed my return thourgh e-filing for the last assessment year, 2011-12, but missed to send the sgined print copy to the IT deparmtn. now , this assessment 2012-13, how i can send it again, please advise. do i need to file it fresh or last year's efiling will be still valid.
After e-filing of IT Return,You have to send one copy of ITR-V duly signed to CPC,Banglore within 120 days from the date of filing of return.
If you don't send,it is assumed that no return has been filed by assessee and accordingly the IT Deptt act.
