Shares of partnership firm held by partner on behalf of firm
Shares of partnership firm are held by a partner as partnership firm cannot hold shares in its own name. Partner retires due to reconstitution of partnership. What procedure is to be followed to get the name of new partners registered as shareholders in the company whose shares are owned. Is it required to execute sh-4 and pay stamp duty?
