I wanna know whether there is facility to hold Shares of a PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY in Demat Form.????????

NO...only listed companies shares can be held in demat form......

you can hold shares of public or private company provided it is listed company..

Private company can not be listed company

Yes...private company cannot be listed. to get listed, it first needs to convert to public limited company...
