If sharholder ask for copies of agm minutes and registers, In what mode co. can accept payment (cash/cheque/DD) ?
Can member ask for such copies without inspection?

As to my knowledge the company can accept in any mode for payment.
A member can certainly ask for copies of the minutes without inspection.

CLB in sravy finance and investment pvt. ltd. v. Kumar's Metallurgical Corp Ltd. held that "The right under section 163 to seek copy of the registers accrures to a member who has carried out an inspection"
Condition precedent is that the person seeking copy should have inspected the register (HB stockholdings ltd. v. Jaiprakash Industries Ltd.
