Shareholder's rights

As to my knowledge the company can accept in any mode for payment.

A member can certainly ask for copies of the minutes without inspection.

Condition precedent is that the person seeking copy should have inspected the register (HB stockholdings ltd. v. Jaiprakash Industries Ltd.
