Articles of Company provides for transmission of shares.In the absence of article of association , Regulation 23 to 27 of table F will govern the provision for transmission of shares.. According to these regulations, legal representatives are are entitled to the shares which were held by the deceased person and company must accept the evidence of succession.i.e succession certificate, letter of administration or probate or any other evidence required by the Board of Directors
