How will I Issue Share Certificate For my Private Company in which only 2 Directors are there and both are having 50% Shares equally.

These two directors will sign the Share Certificates.

After getting it printed and Signed what should i suppose to do? please Suggest.
Should I Upload it on MCA or what?

Share Certificates are not required to be submitted to MCA. Share Certificates shall be delivered to Shareholders within prescribed time.
