Share Capital.
Is there any limit of share capital issued to capital market; if YES then how much and also what will be percentage of promotors, FII and Dii.

It has to be in accordance with Memorandum and articles of association.
Minimum is one lakh and additional capital can be raised as long as the issued is not bigger than authorised. Companies Act 2013 also prescribed a treatment.
Not sure is about the maximum limit or may be it could be anything depending upon the demand and supply.
