SGST or IGST??
when seller And buyer's bill to address is in same state. whereas deliver to Address is in different state. In this case, sgst or igst applicable??

IGST APPLICABLR
igst place of supply is important.
As Per Clause (b) of section 10(1) of IGST act. As the Bill to Party and Ship to Party are in same state hence it CGST/SGST will be applicable though the ship to party is in a different state.
