I HAVE CLEARED PCC IN MAY 2010 AND MY FINAL ATTEMPT IS IN MAY 2011. PLEASE SUGGEST ME THAT RAJIV SINGH SIR STAELLITE CLASSES ARE GOOD OR NOT AS I AM HAVING VERY LESS TIME TO PREPARE.

I took coaching from him, and i m quite satisfied. Although sometimes he do moves away from the topic and goes into "too much minute" details but i feel at ca final level you can afford to go for such minute details. Personally i feel that Conceptually he is very good and you will have to pay utmost attention in his class to get proper understanding. Do try to attend 2-3 demo classes.
