We have supplied Rubber Products to one SEZ without ED/ST and received payment in INR. No advance license was taken and now we want to claim the dbk/depb for the said supplies. Kindly advice the proceedure of the same.

It is not possible.
If you want to claim any export benefit or drawback or advance license etc., you need to supply goods to SEZ on Bill of export and receive payment in foreign exchange. This export is without bill of export and supply has been received in Indian Rupee, this benefit is not available in this case.
