Sir,
Plz clear the your question that you are register with Service Tax Dept. on Nov-13 and you want to be submitted ST-3 before Nov-13. Why are do that? Plz explain, if you want.
In this regard you could not to be filed earlier St-3 Return.
Further, it is requested to you that if any query in this regard please forward the same.
