I am providing BPO service to USA, my service is export service so no need to registration, but Iam useing Transport service from some individuals who not have been obtained ST registration, as per reverse charge mechanism is it nessary to registration and pay ST and ST returns

Yes as per reverse charge mechanism it is necessary to st & st returns..
But since u r individual RCM will not get applicable on you in case of transportation charges i.e. GTA services
If you are other than Individual, you have to take registration and pay the S T on GTA. If individual, no S T R required.
