If we have taken the Registration of Service Tax in 2011 & we have not done any business, and are not going to do the business. The Service Tax Registration was taken Online, How to Cancel the Registration / Surrender the Certificate of Service Tax

for cancellation You have to write application mentioning resaon for surrendering the Registarion to Officer of range mentioned in certificate and also need to produce prrof that turnover during the peiord not exceed the limit such as Cerfiied Copy of p&L and ITR copy for Period from Regaistration or Period stop paying Service tax and other Documents as demaned by Office for records or verifcation purose
