my client is partnership firm registered with service tax (May 2005 under GTA), a private limited company has been incorporated on 14 th may 2009 and has taken over the existing partnersip firm clearly mentioned in the (main object of the company in MOA). My question is whether registration is to be amended with new name and PAN OR I have get the previous registration surrendered and take a fresh registration.Its Urgent kindly let me know?
Since Company was incorporated on 14th May 2009 and we have to get it done by 30 days have I to pay any fine and charges?
