Service tax registration

Hi,

I have filled the St 1 form online for the assesse and took the print out and went to the Dept for submitting the hard copy of the documents. But there they told me to change some details. So what should I do ? I can't amend ST 1 as I there is no ST Registration Certificate to amend. What I think is I should withdraw my application and then apply.

Please guide me.
