A company is having 2 separate service tax registrations, one for GTA & other for INPUT SERVICE DISTRIBUTOR.
GTA return is filed electronically whili ISD return is filed manually. It now wants to keep only GTA reg no. & file both returns under it. How to do this? please suggest.
You have to surrender any one service tax number if you have filed all returns upto date or no tax liability. After surrendering anyone of it. please send st-1 to central excise superintendent.

after surender one service Tax No. you can give applicaton to cntral excise suprident to added another service in your active service tax no.
