I have miscalculated the amount of service tax payable by me on the outward transporation and the paid the same in excess whether i am liable to get the refund of the same.
If yes what are the procedures to claim the refund of the excess service tax paid .

From my point of view , you shuldn't go for refund . You should adjust the excess amount from the next month payable amount..............
I time limit for the ajustment has got expired as the same to my knowledge should be adjusted within a certain time limit and the same has expired
