One of my friend is running a company in this he is giving medical treatment (wellness centre - through exerise & medicines).
I would like to know whether this will attract Service Tax or Not. Please give your inputs

U need to give the details of the actual services provided. The services may be covered under Health and Fitness Services.
Kindly provide the breif nature of the wellness centre, what are the kind of patients he is treating, the nature of disease treated, whether exercise is part of the treatment or it is post illness for fitness, what is description that is being made on the Invoices/ Bill raised by him.
Not applicable for theraupetic wellness centre
