Now we have to pay Stamp Duty and Registration fees online. In this regards if buildier collect the said amount through cheque and deposited Stamp Duty and Registration online through his account, wether Service Tax is applicable?

"Service" means any activity carried out by a person for another for consideration. Mere reimbursement of expense will not be considered as consideration.
