I am purchasing a residential flat in mumbai
Flat agreement value :- Rs. 30,00.000/- plus service tax.Rs.77,250/- (total Vale Ts. 30,77,250/-)
This amunt is payable in three instalments first two instalments are of rs. 10 lacs each & balnace on third.
Please advice how the builder will adjust the service tax
Ether it is upfront or in threee instalments?
