Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the interplay between Section 44ADA (presumptive taxation for professionals) and Section 44AA (maintenance of books of accounts). If you opt for 44ADA, you are generally exempt from the requirement to maintain detailed books of accounts under 44AA. Consequently, you typically do not need to show a Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss account in your Income Tax Return.

No if is opting 44ADA then he is not required to keep books of accounts under section 44AA
Not required to maintain books
