More details required to give proper answer.

Present rate is 10.3% on activities liable for ST. The material cost couldbe deducted under Not 12/2003 or one could opt for the compsoitin shceme of 4.12% on gross value.

What is the value of Real-Estate commissions (FY 2010-11) received, on which the Service Tax becomes taxable.

"Valuation of Taxable Services for charging service tax" on real estate commissions received as an agent, as applicable for FY 2010-11 ending March-2011.
