I HAVE A QUERY REGARDING SERV. TAX ON HEALTH SERVICES. AFTER ENACTMENT OF FINANCE BILL, 2011, I WANT TO KNOW WHETHER SERVICE TAX ON HEALTH SERVICES IS NOW NO MORE APPLICABLE. I.E. SERVICE TAX CHARGED BY THE HOSPITALS TO TPA INSURANCE COMPANIES. PL. LET ME KNOW.
