we are paying freight with 10.3 % service tax to gati cargo as per Bill.
we want to know, does such freight create liabilities on service tax to pay government ?

no it doesn't creates your liability to pay service tax to govt.
you will only pay the bill amount including service tax, say for a example bill is of Rs. 100 then you have to pay Rs 110.30 to the Gati Ltd.
Ya afterwards you may take the service tax credit while you pay your service tax...as collected by you..........
