Service tax on entry to entertainment events. mega exemption notification 06/2015

before finance act 2015, entry to theatrical performances including cultural programs, drama and ballet were in negative list.(extract of whole list) Now after finance act 2015, entry to theatrical performance including drama and ballet is under mega exemption. hence cultural programs is not there in mega exemption. now is entry to cultural program taxable. please guide

Yes entry into cultural progmme is taxable now, but cultural programme performed in open is considered as thearitical performance which is exempted
