Is service tax applicable on this service of boimedical waste?
We got a subcontract from another company & we will be collecting waste for them. Will service tax be applicable on it?

Waste destruction does not seem to be taxable . But Subcontractor may be taxable because he is providing a service on your behalf. Business Auxiliary.
