Service tax on advance of service order
Please clarify whether we have to add service tax on Advance Payment of Service order. i.e 100 rs Order Vale and if 10 rs is advance as per terms of payment.
should we ask 10 + service tax on advance or we have to claim at the end after completion of work.
Please respond.

You need to pay Service tax on the advance Rs.10/- received by reverse calculating tax element on the same.
