service tax migration to GST.
we are unable to get OTP after login through provisional I'd for the first time. without this we cannot migrate to GST. we have approached service tax department and GST department. we are unable to get the information through the any of the concerned sources.

There might be some technical issue but once you get your provisional id you can continue to work with that only as your provisional id is your final id.Try after few days to generate OTP.
