I rented out my property for 11 lakhs per annum, for two brothers of HUF, is it mandate for me to collect service tax from them, or Are they exempted from paying service tax as they are in HUF?

yes, you should collect service tax as your total rent is greater than 10 lacs.
if your total rent is greater than 10 lacs for the first time than you should collect service tax on 1 lacs only @ 12.36%.
