YOU MUST HAVE A SERVICE TAX REGISTRATION NO. FROM WHICH OFFICE YOU RECEIVED THE REGISTRATION NO THEY ARE THE NATURAL OFFICE FOR YOU TO FILE THE SERVICE TAX RETURN
OTHERWISE GOTO THE WEB SITE

AND TYPE YOUR PAN CARD NO. YOU WILL FIND ALL THE DETAILS
