ON ACES WEBSITE, IN CASE OF REGISTERATION SELECT THE OPTION AMENDED ST - 1 AS YOU CAN MODIFY THE SERVICES , NAME ADRESS ETC. AND OBTAIN THE SAME AND SUBMIT PHYSICAL  DOCUMENTS REQUIRED IN S. T. DEPARTMENT.,,

Dear All,

Pls help to sorted out the following two query.

Query No - 1) For selling of software abroad, which tax will came in to force , i.e. VAT or Service tax. 

Query No - 2) Import & Export code is applicable or not ?
