In this regard if you are provided taxable service then you can availed the benefit of Cenvat Credit only in or in relation of such services but you brief that is a export service then you no liability to pay service tax and you cannot availed the benefit of service tax.

If your service is not exempt then you can availed the benefit of Cenvat Credit.
