No not applicable on home delivery of food..
In era of Negative tax regime all services are subject to tax except negative list services.
hence either one charge separately for home delivery or not, ST has to be paid on amount charged from customer.
No,Service tax is not charged just for delivering the food from restaurant.........
If rate of home delivery is more than retail price then certainly service is involved and service tax is applicable
