Service tax - change in jurisdiction

The service tax registration are PAN based, change in the place of business will not effect in change in Service Tax no.  But you need to inform the old as well as new range for the change in the address. 

sneha is right. only fillup st1 form and sumbit to new range of your service tax with photocopy of registration certificate,copy of PAN ,address proof. etc. and also receiving photocopy will send to old range for such change information.
