I want to know that if we are developing a plotting colony and selling vacant plots without any construction than was service tax was applicable on such sale before July 1.
Also what will be the status of the same under GST regime.
It is important to mention that as a developer we will be carrying out development works like road, sewer, electricity etc in colony but plots would be vacant.
Can experts help in this situation as there are conflicting views on this issue.
