I am doing business for the last 7-8 yrs.
I always file IT after audit.
I DID cross my revenue 10 lacs in few selected yrs.
I always Pay my Tax.
I MOSTLY recieves my payment through net banking or cheque deposit but rarely had to give any bill .
Now, I have a requirement to give Bill.
I don't have a service tax.
How to deal with it ?
YOU DID NOT MENTION THE N ATURE OF YOUR BUSINESS, IF IT IS SALES DONT BOTHER FOR SERVICE TAX REGISTRATION
OTHERWISE DOWNLOAD THE ST_1 FORM AND APPLY TO SERVICE TAX AUTHORITY WITH NECESSERY DOCUMENTS

Person needs the bill for Service.
Do I need to take ST number and file for ST ? Even if my Total collection for ST is less than 10 lacs ??
