One of my client provide two type of service in two name Placement service and Loan Consultancy service. He has service tax no. and already file service tax return of placement service provided by him ( Rs. 50000 service provided ) now he already provided Loan consultancy service around Rs. 180000 is he Liable to pay service tax on 180000 loan consultancy service

Question is not clear. Whether the JW can avail the credit of service tax to pay the CED on manufactured products? If that is the question the answer is yes. He stands in the shoes of the manufacturer where he can get all the benefits a manufacturer can get.
i want to ask that the main company can avail service tax credit who gives subcontract to the job worker for 100% manufacturing activity
In this case tha main menufacturare can avail the service tax credit
